Choose your purchase method
Most products on the platform can be purchased directly — this is the standard purchase method.
Add the product to your cart and check out securely through the platform.
You will receive an order confirmation and the seller will ship your order.
For bridal couture and custom-made products, sellers offer a request option.
Submit your request via the product page. The seller will contact you to discuss price, details and delivery time.
All communication takes place easily via the live chat.
Payment & Security
For direct purchases, payment is processed securely through the platform.
For request orders, payment terms are agreed upon in advance with the seller.

Shipping & Delivery
€7 per seller within the Netherlands.
Free shipping on orders of €100 or more per seller.
When ordering from multiple sellers, shipping costs are calculated per seller separately.

For custom or request orders, delivery time is agreed upon with the seller.

Returns & Cancellations
Products from Shaadi Planner Official can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.
