1. Introduction

Welcome to Shaadi Planner Marketplace. By registering as a seller or making a purchase as a buyer, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to shaadi-planner.com
"Seller" refers to any individual or business listing products or services on the platform
"Buyer" refers to any individual purchasing or inquiring about a product/service
"Product" includes physical items and services listed on the marketplace

3. Seller Responsibilities

Ensure that all product listings are accurate and up to date.
Fulfill orders within the promised time frame.
Orders must be shipped within 1–3 business days, unless a different delivery time is clearly stated in the product description.
If a seller is unable to meet the stated delivery time, they must inform the buyer in a timely manner.
Respond to buyer inquiries promptly.
Handle returns and cancellations in consultation with the buyer, based on the seller’s own return policy.
Comply with all applicable laws and tax regulations.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Read the full product description before making a purchase.
Communicate clearly with sellers for custom or “contact first” items.
Make timely payments via supported methods.
Respect the seller’s return, refund, and delivery policies.
Returns are subject to the seller’s individual return policy and are not automatically accepted.
Buyers must consult with the seller before returning any product.

5. Payments & Commission

Direct Checkout orders are subject to a standard commission fee of 10%.
Sellers will receive payouts on the 1st of each month for eligible orders.

6. Order Disputes

Buyers should first contact the seller for order issues.
If unresolved, buyers can reach out to Shaadi Planner support for mediation.
Shaadi Planner may intervene but is not liable for transactions made outside the platform.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)
Standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are €7 per seller per order.
Orders with a total value of €100 or more (per seller) qualify for free shipping.

Multiple Sellers
Buyers can purchase products from multiple sellers in one checkout.
Each seller is treated as a separate order for shipping and fulfillment purposes.

Delivery Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for proper packaging and timely shipment of their products.
Sellers must dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, or clearly mention an alternative delivery timeframe in the product description.
If this timeframe cannot be met, the seller is obligated to contact the buyer proactively.
Shaadi Planner is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, images, and branding, is the property of Shaadi Planner or its licensors.
Sellers retain rights to their own product photos and descriptions but grant Shaadi Planner permission to use them for promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shaadi Planner is a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or legality of the products sold.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform use.

10. Termination

Shaadi Planner may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform’s reputation.
Users may deactivate their accounts at any time by request.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or on the platform. Continued use implies acceptance.
