Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund as soon as possible. No shipping or administrative fees will be deducted.

Cancelling an order
An order can only be cancelled as long as it has not yet been shipped or put into production.
For custom or made-to-order items, cancellation is generally not possible once the production process has started.
